Residents

How things work.

From January 1, 2027, Boundary Stone Management handles your building. Here is what that means day to day.

Rent

Pay rent

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Pay in the resident portal by bank transfer (no fee) or debit/credit card. You can set up autopay so you never have to think about it.

If part of your rent is paid by a housing program, you only pay your share. Your share and the due date are on your lease and in the portal.

If you cannot pay on time, call us before the 1st. We would rather make a plan with you than send a notice.

Repairs

Request maintenance

Use the maintenance form for anything that is not an emergency. Add a photo if you can. You will get a text when the visit is scheduled and when the work is done.

Emergencies — gas smell, fire, flooding, no heat in winter, a door that will not lock: call 202-505-4264 at any hour. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.

Our maintenance lead needs to get in to do the work. We will ask for a time that works for you, or you can give permission to enter when you are out.

Documents

Your lease and your rights

Your signed lease, any notices we send, and inspection schedules are in the resident portal under Documents. Ask us for a copy any time — in English or Spanish.

What changes on January 1, 2027

New manager, same home.

Your lease does not change. Your rent amount does not change. The people who answer the phone do.

  • New phone and email: 202-505-4264 and [email protected]. Save them now.
  • New way to pay: the resident portal replaces any previous payment site. You will get an invitation by email and text before the first rent is due.
  • New way to report repairs: the maintenance form on this site, or the same phone number.
  • Same owner. Boundary Stone has owned your building all along; we are bringing management in-house so you deal with one team.
